About Us

After living abroad, we returned to our hometown in Central Illinois, and our new home had a large outdoor space that was a blank canvas. 

As avid gardeners, we spent time cultivating an ecosystem full of native plants that were well-suited to their environment, as well as beautiful to look at, and our back yard became a sanctuary that allowed our family to engage in the activities we love.

At the center of that space, we planted a willow tree that represented the deep roots that centered our family. Our name stems from our desire to cultivate solutions for our clients with the same patience, planning, and intentionality that we put into our garden.
